1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the Winph 6 website, mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). Winph 6 is operated for the benefit of players in the Philippines and is subject to applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming.

By accessing or using any part of the Winph 6 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or other policies published on the Winph 6 Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Winph 6 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Winph 6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of Winph 6, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by Winph 6 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Winph 6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Winph 6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update your account information if any details change. Winph 6 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Winph 6 immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. Winph 6 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Account credentials must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
• You must notify Winph 6 immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• Winph 6 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy fee or closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Winph 6 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your Winph 6 account balance upon confirmation of receipt by the Platform. Winph 6 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Winph 6 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) requirement and is not a reflection on any individual player.

Winph 6 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to change).
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
• Winph 6 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Winph 6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
• Funds held in your Winph 6 account do not accrue interest.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Winph 6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or event, as published within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Winph 6 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a technical error has demonstrably affected the outcome of a game or event, as determined solely by Winph 6.

Winph 6 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed on an event with an incorrect price or line, or placed in circumstances that Winph 6 reasonably believes constitute abuse of the Platform or exploitation of a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

Maximum bet limits apply to all games and events on the Winph 6 Platform. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be adjusted by Winph 6 at any time without prior notice. Winph 6 also reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits where it determines this to be appropriate.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Winph 6 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which are published alongside each offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Winph 6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Winph 6 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds where it determines that a player has abused the bonus system, created multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or otherwise acted in bad faith. Decisions made by Winph 6 in this regard are final.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only.
• One bonus per player, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winph 6 reserves the right to change bonus terms at any time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Winph 6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on the Winph 6 Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward Winph 6 staff or other players.

Winph 6 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any attempt to defraud the Platform will be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Winph 6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of Winph 6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Winph 6 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Winph 6.

Any unauthorised use of Winph 6's intellectual property may result in the termination of your account and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9. Privacy & Data

Winph 6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Winph 6 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Winph 6 may be required to disclose player information to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or financial institutions in connection with its legal and compliance obligations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine law and will not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

Winph 6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

Players who have self-excluded from the Winph 6 Platform must not attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating new accounts or using another person's account. Any such attempt will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Winph 6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Winph 6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Winph 6 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In no event shall Winph 6's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Winph 6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Winph 6's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Termination

Winph 6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Winph 6 customer support. Upon closure of your account, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Winph 6 reserves the right to retain records of your account activity for a period of at least five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and regulatory record-keeping requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Winph 6 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

Winph 6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Winph 6 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at winph-6.net/terms-conditions.
